What is the Novak Road Show?

You’ll see the "Road Show" mentioned a lot here. It’s more than just a travel schedule; it’s a strategic program designed to bridge the gap between vendors and operators.

I visit 8–10 qualified Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) every month to perform on-site audits, identify "dead" zones in game rooms, and implement physical fixes on the spot. By physically being in these spaces, I can see the trends before they show up in a spreadsheet.

Our next major stop? The Amusement Expo in Las Vegas! I’ll be on the floor looking for the next big thing to bring back to my clients and share with you right here.
