The Top 10 Plush Moving at Planet Novak (May Edition)

Every month, I get asked by other operators, "Clint, what is actually moving in your cranes right now?"

To be honest, it’s a constant game of testing and adjusting. If you put a generic mix in every machine, you’re going to see your collections plateau. You have to constantly rotate in what’s hot and keep a close eye on what’s actually hitting the glass.

The "Weekly Refresh" Strategy

What makes this list different? At Planet Novak, we don't just set it and forget it. We have a strict weekly process: every single week, we pull the bottom-performing items out of our cranes and replace them with fresh inventory.

We are always testing new items, monitoring the velocity, and cutting the "duds" before they lose us money. Because we are constantly cycling through stock and tracking what sells, this list isn't just a snapshot—it's a reflection of a live, weekly experiment. We stand by these results because they aren't based on what we hope will sell; they are based on what the players are actually grabbing week-in and week-out.

Planet Novak’s Top 10 Most Wanted (May)

  1. 6in Minecraft Chibi (A&A Global) – This has been a massive hit with the younger crowd.

  2. 7in We Bare Bears (A&A Global) – A consistent classic that keeps moving off the floor.

  3. 10in Capybara (Flatline) – Capybaras are having a major moment right now.

  4. Floral Friends (Toy Factory) – These are a great aesthetic pick that really draws the eye.

  5. 7in My Little Pony (A&A Global) – Still a powerhouse for us in the crane.

  6. Mario Villains (A&A Global) – Anything Mario-related is a safe bet, but the villains are performing surprisingly well.

  7. Kawaii Kuties (A&A Global) – These smaller, cute-style plush are perfect for skill cranes.

  8. 8in Highland Cows (Rinco) – Trendy and highly collectible.

  9. 8in Crood Junk Food (Flatline) – A fun, unique set that stands out from standard animals.

  10. 7in Axolotl Bellybuddy (Rinco) – Still holding strong as a fan favorite.

My Strategy for June

The biggest takeaway? Don't get complacent. If you aren't rotating your stock, you aren't maximizing your revenue. I’m currently looking at expanding this trend watch into a national index—I want to see what’s working for you so we can all stop guessing and start earning.
